1. Service Overview
Haven FruitLand Ghana provides an online platform that connects property owners with tenants, buyers, and short-stay guests. For a one-time subscription fee, we list your property and facilitate bookings.

2. Subscription Fee & Duration
2.1. The subscription fee is GHS 200 Ghana Cedis only per property.
2.2. This fee grants you the right to list one property on our website for a maximum period of 12 months / 1 year from the date of payment confirmation.
2.3. Subscription is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be renewed annually to keep the listing active.

3. Commission Structure
3.1. In addition to the subscription fee, Haven FruitLand Ghana charges a 9% service commission on the total value of any successful transaction.
3.2. “Successful transaction” means when a property listed by you is booked, rented, leased, or sold through our website, WhatsApp, or any referral link provided by us.
3.3. The 9% commission is payable by the property owner to Haven FruitLand Ghana within 7 business days of receiving payment from the tenant/buyer/guest.
3.4. Failure to disclose or pay commission on off-platform deals originating from our listing will be treated as a breach of this agreement.

4. Owner Responsibilities
4.1. You confirm that you have full legal right, title, and authority to list, rent, lease, or sell the property.
4.2. You must provide accurate photos, videos, descriptions, pricing, and legal documents upon request.
4.3. You are responsible for property condition, safety, utilities, and compliance with Ghana laws.
4.4. You agree to treat all tenants/buyers sourced through Haven FruitLand Ghana with fairness and respect.

5. Haven FruitLand Ghana Responsibilities
5.1. We will display your property on www.fruitlandghana.com with details you provide.
5.2. We will market your listing to our audience of renters, buyers, and short-stay guests.
5.3. We will facilitate communication and booking through our God-centered customer service team.
5.4. We will use lawful paperwork and standard agreements to protect the interests, safety, and comfort of both parties.

6. Payment & Disbursement
6.1. All guest/tenant/buyer payments may be processed through Haven FruitLand Ghana’s designated channels for transparency.
6.2. After deducting our 9% commission, the remaining balance will be paid to you within 7-10 business days.
6.3. For direct payments made to you, you must notify us and remit our 9% commission within 7 days.

7. Listing Content & Removal
7.1. Haven FruitLand Ghana reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that is misleading, illegal, or violates these terms.
7.2. We may suspend or terminate your listing without refund if you breach this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Haven FruitLand Ghana acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses between owners and tenants/buyers.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the amount of the subscription fee paid.

9. Data & Privacy
Your information will be used solely to provide this service and will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By listing, you consent to us sharing property details with potential clients.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
